Hello Mr. Thuan. Can you share your emotions, both personally and collectively with the Da Nang team, since the report on the completion of revenue for the first 6 months was announced?

In recent days, not only me but I'm sure the entire Da Nang team shared similar emotions—joy and pride. We are delighted to have achieved the goals for the first 6 months of 2023 and proud of our collective effort and unity to accomplish the common goal.

In the first half of 2023, amidst the general economic difficulties and the world's complex fluctuations, achieving the set goals was challenging, but Da Nang Branch not only met but also exceeded the target, firmly standing at an impressive nearly 130%. Could you share more about the advantages and challenges that the team faced to achieve this result?

In difficulties, there is often an opportunity. Despite the challenging economic situation, the focus on transportation infrastructure investment has provided many job opportunities. However, in the current context, challenges not only come from external factors but also from within Da Nang Branch.

At present, customers are facing financial difficulties, and in a "flat market" where competition is increasingly fierce, Da Nang Branch is experiencing a shortage of personnel. The market expansion is also challenging due to these factors. We need to put in much more effort to achieve our business goals than before.

Acknowledging these difficulties and challenges, we often encourage each other to not remain idle but to overcome obstacles, to put in more effort, and to support each other more than ever before. For example, the administrative sales staff assists with customer service to alleviate the workload of the sales department, and the drivers contribute to document processing.

This ensures that we complete our tasks efficiently and on schedule. Additionally, in Da Nang Branch, each project and customer file undergoes a thorough review before implementation. This involves exchanging ideas and sharing to find the best and most convenient solutions that add value to both the company and the customer, ensuring the best business operations.

Is there any particular memory during your time working together that stands out the most about your team members?

There are many memories because we are closely connected, treating each other as family. However, what I remember most and am most proud of about my team is our unity, sense of responsibility, determination, and joint effort towards common goals when carrying out tasks.

Considering Da Nang Branch's current shortage of personnel, every team member is making a full effort, demonstrating an unwavering work ethic, working day and night, and showing the highest determination to complete tasks and meet the general requirements of the branch and the company.

Da Nang Branch currently has 6 team members participating in the plan for the first half of 2023, and of these, 5 members have been with the company for over 5 years. Despite this, everyone maintains an enthusiastic spirit and positive energy, ready to innovate themselves. As a manager, having such a team alongside me in every aspect of the company's assigned tasks is truly fortunate and commendable.

Personally, are you satisfied with this result? Can you reveal the plans to conquer your and Da Nang's goals in the coming time?

because I have recognized the efforts of all Da Nang Branch team members. However, this is only half of the year, and to achieve the goals for the entire year of 2023, we still have a long way to go. Everyone needs to continue to work together, make a joint effort, and strive even harder to reap the rewards.

In the next 6 months of 2023, Da Nang Branch will continue to closely follow the set goals. We will continue to review daily and weekly tasks, and gradually supplement, stabilize, and enhance the capabilities of each individual. We will use the cultural values of Vinh Hung as our guiding principles in all plans and actions, emphasize the spirit of creativity, innovate thinking, persevere in pursuing goals to the end, and remain determined to complete tasks as best as possible.

I also want to express my deepest gratitude to the Board of Directors for accompanying and creating conditions for all of us to continue our profession. I sincerely thank all colleagues at Vinh Hung for their cooperation and support for the Da Nang Branch.
